Also, this is why Los Angeles needs a wicked cool mass transit system. We can totally use more public venues for the more regular-type beautiful people to strut their stuff. And commute... but that's just a side note.

Like many all over the world, I was basking in the glow of Obama's historic inauguration. Looking through the news, this picture stood out among the gajillion photos of men in suits and crowd shots.

Brilliant picture. The most mundane actions in life can sometimes be the most powerful. A humbling moment... for the history books.
